We enjoyed hiking on the mountains surrounding the hotel, immersing ourselves in the breathtaking Alpine landscape. The welcoming staff, led by Alexandra at reception, enhanced our experience with their warm hospitality and excellent service.The hotel's family-friendly amenities and activities catered perfectly to our needs. Our kids had a blast at the beach and outdoor playground, while we appreciated the tranquility of the spa. The dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious meals that pleased both young and adult palates.The location was ideal for exploring the scenic wonders of Thunersee lake and its surroundings.
